Well as everyone knows, here at M&W we are 100% committed to safety, and this past week we officially recognized three drivers who led that charge throughout 2015. Freeman Key, Jeff Olson, and Stephen Pace were all presented with crystal trophies for their commitment to safety and outstanding performance. And while these three drivers certainly deserve to be recognized, it’s important that we let everyone know that as a fleet, our safety scores have improved dramatically since this time last year. So thank you to everyone who’s out there every day, operating safely.
And we’d like to let everyone know that a sign-up sheet is now up in B building for our company picnic at Smiley Hollow in Goodlettsville, TN. That event will take place on Saturday, July 23rd from 4:40pm to 8:30pm. Nashville and Memphis employees, as well as their families are invited. Give Zack Pugh a call at ext. 212 if you have any questions.
And for our Indianapolis drivers, don’t forget – we’ll be at qualifying at Indianapolis Motor Speedway on Sunday, May 22nd to kick off our Indy driver appreciation week. Several members of the staff will be there, including Zack Pugh, Bart Spain, Wayne Dorris, and even me! We’ll have food and giveaways all week long. It should be a great time and we can’t wait to get up there.
